Sweeper held for alleged molestation

Description

A youth was arrested for allegedly molesting a 21-year-old woman. Police produced him a city court on Monday which sent him in judicial custody.

According to the police, the incident took place in Rattan Garden colony area on Sunday around 7.30 am. The accused has been identified as 34-year-old Ravinder from Bheem Nagar colony. The accused used to work as a sweeper. He allegedly molested the woman after stopping her on a road. The victim used to work as domestic help. The victim has lodged complaint with city police station.
